​Liability Waiver 

I understand that the complimentary yoga, breathing, meditation, kirtan, motivational talks, satsang, VCP and related wellness sessions are offered by HSCI volunteers and instructors that have donated their time for the benefit of the community.

I understand that Virtual Compassionate Presence, or VCP sessions are private, one on one sessions with a CHT (Counselor of Hindu Tradition).

I understand that these wellness sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. 

I am participating in HSCI wellness programs out of my own free will  I will pay attention to my strengths,  weaknesses and health conditions based on my physician's recommendations. 

I hereby agree to hold harmless and release HSCI and individuals associated with them for purposes of wellness sessions, from any and all liabilities or costs arising from my participation in classes offered.
