To develop promotional materials, some online yoga and meditation classes may be recorded.
HSCI appreciates the participation of instructors and attendees in the process of developing such promotional materials.
Instructors and attendees:
1.Grant permission to the Hindu Spiritual Care Institute and its affiliates, hereinafter known as “HSCI’
to use their likeness, name, images (photographs, voice and/or video) for use in a variety of promotional materials
including commercials, social media, email blasts, brochures, newsletters, reports, website and other media.
2.Waive rights to inspect or approve final promotional materials that may be used by HSCI at any time.
3.Waive rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these materials.
4.These terms and conditions cover children that may attend HSCI’s kids yoga classes.
