Dr. Mahendru is a psychologist in practice for more than 25 years. She has taught as an adjunct professor at San Jose State University, Rutgers University-New Jersey, several private universities and colleges.  She is currently a senior staff psychologist at Kaiser Permanente in Fremont and routinely works with seniors going through different phases of life issues. She believes that focusing on something meaningful and enjoyable is an important strategy to cope with aging concerns.
